|Summer movies I've seen so far....and my thoughts on them

Ok, these are all the ones I can think of at the moment...
Star Wars Episode 3: Definitly the best out of the three new movies. Still full of the same terrible script writing and rather pathetic acting, but manages to recover with the story itself and the cool battles, etc.
Fantastic Four: I can not stress to people enough about how much this movie sucked. For some reason people dont believe me that they will curse the fact that the hour and a half they spent watching it is now gone forever. Thats not even to mention the money wasted spent on the ticket. I have one remedy for this: move over one theater, and watch War of the Worlds (see below) I rarely really get angry about a movie, but I cannot believe this piece of utter garbage is making so much money. What is even more distrubing: people are actually like this trash. The writers have the audiences eating out of the palm of their hands, laughing at all the "funny" (I use that term loosely) lines, enjoying the "spectacular" (once again, VERY loosely) CG scenes. Utter crapola.
Batman Begins: Good movie, quite possibly the best batman movie so far. Cool fights, decent acting, and just batman coolness are in full force.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith: A funny movie, I really enjoyed it. Definitely worth seeing.
Howl's Moving Castle: Wow. Just when I thought Miyasaki couldn't make a more visually amazing movie, he one-ups himself again.
War of the Worlds: Best movie I have seen all summer by far. Speilberg does such a great job of causing tension by NOT showing you whats going on over the next hill. Its nice to watch a movie where the special effects are not the focus. (though watching all the humans be vaporized is pretty)
